Order Process Guide
1. Add to Cart: Click the product you want to add, view your cart, specify the quantity, and click Send Inquiry. For shipping costs (by sea/air/express or to your China agent warehouse), note your preferred method in the “Order Notes” or message, then click Send Inquiry / Place Order. Alternatively, email your order list to: info@52gifts.com — we will respond immediately.
2. Order Confirmation: After confirming details (goods requirements, shipping method, delivery time), we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) or commercial contract for payment.
3. Production & Updates: Production will begin upon receipt of payment. We will contact you if additional information is needed. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and we will keep you updated on your order status throughout the process.
All product prices are EXW direct factory wholesale (freight excluded). Shipping costs will be confirmed based on your export shipping method and destination address.
